Great day!

Its like Christmas for us here... we get up and do our morning bathroom ritual then
hit the scale!
I lost 2.6 and Hubby lost 2.2 yesterday!
What a great start!
YES!

Snoopy Happy Dance Pictures, Images and Photos

This kind of loss is typical of the first couple of days, then I usually settle down to 1/2 pound a day.

For breakfast today we had an orange and a cuppa tea and a couple of fiber capsules.

For Lunch: 4oz Bison Burger with caramelized onions on a bed of Boston lettuce and half tomato each. I used the lettuce as "buns" and loaded the Bison burger, onions and tomato in the leaves, wrapped it up tightly and Oh my Gosh was it good!

Dinner is going to be Scallops: 4 oz. Seared sea scallops and steamed Broccolini with lemon

Only enlarge this photo if you love sea scallops!

Kelly (my lovely daughter) is heading over and she is helping me cook/package for the coming week. I am always more successful when I cook for a week, that way I just look at my menu, grab, warm it up and eat!

You are so bold to put this out for the world to see...

Move it to lose it, and good luck...

I am walking 2 hours a day, listening to books on tape... drop some since I landed on teh island, dropped a shirt size. But no scale, so no way to measure...

but I do feel better

Good luck, love the new look here

I totally LOVE scallops and I love the idea of having someplace to GO each day for support. Thank you from the bottom of my 'overweight' heart.
