Lunch and Dinner photos...
I have lost 8 pounds since last Saturday...
I always lose pretty quickly the first week but now the slow and steady begins...
Today for lunch we had 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
and yellow and red tomato w/ green onions.
Today for dinner we had Bison Chili
cottage cheese with red and yellow tomato
A Year on the Grill
8 pounds is terrific... 1/4 of your goal
