I HAVE to have breakfast in the morning... My morning is too busy. I have meds I NEED to take, and not on an empty stomach. Plus I have a walk and a work out. That makes it very important I have something in the morning.
I started using this shake and it works in the guidelines of the VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) days
HCG Friendly (Or any diet)
Strawberry Shake
1 Scoop of Jay Robb Egg White Protein (Vanilla Flavor)
1 cup of fresh (or frozen) strawberries
1 cup of water
1 cup of ice
1 cap full of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) of Truvia (Or other sweetener of your choice)
Blend till frothy and enjoy!
Makes TWO servings
