I think this little move might be saving my life.
Its a short little burst of cardio... but it also stimulates the lymphatic system and your glucose levels.
Its a challenge but I am going to try and do this TWO times today... Mid-Day and Evening...

I do this really well until it comes to single legs. I will keep practicing. I actually have her book and DVD. Will get it out and try more of her stuff.
