Day 4!


I lost THREE pounds and so did my daughter Kelly!
Whoo Hoo!

Breakfast:
1/2 Pink Grapefruit with Truvia


Lunch:
3 Ounces boiled shrimp with Lemon and a sliced tomato



Snack:


Dinner:
1 1/2 cups of chili with NO beans and two thin breadsticks.
