Simple math will tell that I have lost 13 lb and this might seem like a lot, but like this article says, I do fidget, I almost never have those 800 cal smoothies and so on.I don't do it as a choice or on purpose, it's just a way of living that I simply got used to and if there is one piece of advice that I can personally give to anyone wishing to lose weight, then that is - be active.Dust, just walk out to grab your paper,put the remote away so you have to get up every time you need to use it...same with the phone and also, try not to eat a lot in one sitting, but rather snack all day.<br />Good luck and ask me anything you might think I could help with.Cathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16373765494269368169noreply@blogger.com
